Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As most items are handmade in small batches, some pieces may require a slightly longer lead time. If this applies, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping

We ship all across South Africa. Local shipping incurs a flatrate.

All parcels are sent via a reliable courier service with tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched.

International shipping must be arranged by the customer. We recommend using DHL or Tunl.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note: Nika Atelier is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you may return your item within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Approved returns will be issued store credit only, which can be used on future purchases.

  • Custom or personalised pieces are not eligible for return.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
